Depending on the time of year and your package, there are a few locations we will recommend. For professional headshots in winter, we would recommend a location that has a non-white color. In the summer/fall local parks would be a great location

Depending on the location, most clients will wear colors that they are comfortable in.
For sessions during winter:, avoid white and light grey as they may have a tendency to blend in with the snow should there be any images with snow in the background

No, all cap-and-gown outfits are the responsibility of the client to obtain. While this is something I aim to do in the future, it’s not feasible to purchase a wide range of sizes for a couple of sessions per graduation season
Depending on the schedule of the graduation festivities themselves, most graduates opt for an early June to mid-June for their session.
If you are using school issued cap-and-gown the session is more than likely going to be a day or two before the ceremony. Clients who prefer to get photos done in their suit/prom dress can be flexible with thier dates.
Booking Services
There are a couple of options to book your session; online using our online booking tool, via email and we can manually add your session to our calendar or also on Facebook Messenger

Thankfully we’ve made it even easier to pay your deposit. Simply select your session, and pay your deposit online when you book. If you’d rather not use your credit card to secure your session please send us an email and we can arrange for payment
Our booking system accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) and most international cards as well (Discover, JCB and UnionPay). In addition if your Canadian Debit card has a Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit it can be used online
For offline payments such as cash, E-Transfer (email money transfer) or checks, please send us an email to arrange payment.
If you want to use your debit card (if your card doesn’t have Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit) please let us know so we can make arrangements to meet in-person to accept the payment
Please note if you are paying using an offline method you will need to contact us to book your session, as we will need to add your session manually
All remaining balences, (total cost minus the intial deposit) is required to be paid prior to your session.
Once you’ve booked your session and paid the deposit, you will recieve 2 emails. One email will have your photography contract, and the other will be your invoice (the invoice will have a discounted amount totalling your deposit)
You can pay the remaing amount using any of the payment methods above.
If you want to use your debit card (if your card doesn’t have Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit) please let us know so we can make sure we have our card reader for you
In most cases once you’ve paid online using your card or sent an e-transfer you will recieve an email confirmation (card payments will recieve a confirmation from Square; e-Transfer email confirmation will come from your bank)
If needed we can bring the printed invoice (showing a total amount paid balence)
